Can "Vonage for Facebook" app call landlines?

The new Vonage for Facebook app: Can it call land lines of my Facebook contacts?

How about my Facebook contacts located abroad (outside USA)? Can it call their landlines?

If this app is good for calling other mobile apps only (Vonage to Vonage), then how is this different from other VoIP apps like Skype?

Nope, app to app(mobile to Mobile) is all that's free. No different than Skype.
