Can this be done?

I was wondering if there is an aux cable that plugs into my jack and then has a pin connecter for my phone so it would charge it as well? Or an aux cable that has a USB female end and then I can plug my phone in to that using a USB connector? Or am I just dreaming here.

Also, my wife's car does not have an aux jack. Is there any way of connecting my phone besides a crappy FM Transmitter or tape deck?

for part 1 you mean a dock connector

for part 2 replace the stereo with one that lets you connect via dock connector
