Can Apple Music get paid for from my family's plan rather than each Apple ID? Could it be added to our bill at the end of every month?

Firstly, in order to have Apple Music paid for from Family Sharing, you must have the Family Membership plan which is $14.99 a month.
Secondly, Apple Music can be billed to whatever payment method is on file for the administrator of Family Sharing.
