Can someone have hacked into my iPad and how can I find out?

I have good reason to believe that a very smart person, who has my wifi password, has gotten in to my iPad. In my apps it shows an app called [redacted] that I never purchased or heard of. My Facebook and email has problems.

If you feel your iPad has been compromised, put it in recovery mode and restore it via iTunes. Afterwards, set it up as new. In the meantime, change the Wi-Fi passcode.
