Can other people see photos if I save them in Dropbox/iCloud?

can other people see my photos if i save them in my dropbox or icloud account? or am i the only one that sees them?sorry.... i have never used this kind of stuff and dont want ppl to see my stuff

You can set up either one to have pictures available to others.
