Unless you are talking about a complete phone (16gb) for phone (128gb) swap/upgrade this is not possible without a very astute knowledge of iPhone internals and soldering.

No. Your 64GB iPhone cannot be upgraded to 128 GBs. You will have to purchase a 128GB iPhone. Period.
