Can Ipad mini upload an image to HTML form without user's will?

Hello,
Can Ipad mini upload an image to HTML form without user's will?
Actually it does it so.
Ipad mini uploads some site's screenshot, when the user opens HTML form with ability to uploading image file.
Is it something with pad's settings, or maybe form is not correct?

If anyone met this problem, or knows its solution, please, help!!!

If you're referring to the icons displayed on the favorites page then I don't think you can do anything to prevent it.
