Can I tranfer Windows 2011 for mac from my Time Machine external drive to a new MacBook Air?

My old Macbook died and I got a new one. I don't want to use my Windows 2011 that I had downloaded from my computer into my Time Machine Hardrive. can I still transfer that to my new computer? Macbook Air? This will save me money if I could just transfer it. I don't know how to do it or who to ask.

If your TimeMachine was backing up the partition on your HD with Windows on it I would think there'd be the option to restore that partition on the new Mac... but I could be wrong about it...
