Can I swap a white case for a black case on an iphone 6

I have damaged my screen on my iPhone 6. I currently have the black phone (face) and was wanting to swap it out with the white phone (face). I am going to order a replacement LCD and digitizer assembly but wanted to make sure the white one would work the same as the one I have.

Yes, the color of the front plate has no effect on the how the phone performs.
