Can I sort my purchased music the way I want with iCloud Music Library enabled?

Purchased music is becoming messed up on iPad and iPhone and put into a different order then what I like it to be. The only way to fix this is to disable the music library and re sync but I want to use the library is other people having the same issue or is it just me and is there a fix for this when I enable iCloud music library on my iPhone and iPad. I have it in a sort order I like and organised the way I like

To be honest, i don't care what order my purchased music is in and I haven't really paid any attention to the order it's in because I typically use a playlist, and as long as the playlist is in the order I want, I'm content.
