No. You cannot "slow" them down. Timelapse videos are in essence a series of still images put together as a video. There's nothing "in between" those images. The data is not there. So there's no way to make them look like "normal" videos.

youre incorrect. you can put them in imovie and slow the video down, as i said above

I doubt very seriously that merely "slowing down" the speed of the video will achieve what the OP is likely trying to achieve.

At least 9.5 out of 10 people who have asked on the forums about "slowing down" a timelapse video want to make it look like a "normal/regular" video, which cannot be done.
