I have an iPhone 4s, and am considering purchasing an android tablet. Will I be able to share photos, music, and other files on the cloud? Is there an app for that?

If the aforementioned items are stored via cloud services like Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etcetera, then yes, you will be able to access that stuff via your Android tablet.
