Can i recover videos that i have deleted from my phone/i cloud?

I have deleted some video's from my phone and then cleared the deleted albums folder thinking this would create more space on my phone and that they would be on the icloud but have misunderstood what icloud was. Can I recover the deleted videos anyway?

If you removed it from the recent deleted there is nothing you can do. You cannot recover them.
