Can I please get some assistance with a huge storage problem on my iPhone 5s?

I have done the full back up and restore, but it made no difference. Have a clean up app, which cleans up memory, but does not seem to affect 'other' Now 4.6 GB!
Anything else I can do?

Updating to iOS9 tomorrow should help the issue.

Did you restore as new or from a back up? Should restore as new. Or when download iOS 9 tomorrow, get it from iTunes and not OTA.
