Can I mirror my iPad air?

I'm trying to mirror my iPad air to my Apple TV. I follow the direction but I don't see mirror any where.

Swipe up from the bottom... Activate control center... If your iPad is on the same home network as your AppleTV you should see something like this when you tap 'AirPlay'...
