Can I migrate data from one iCloud account to another?

I

iMore Question

Many years ago, I created separate Apple IDs for iTunes and iCloud. However, many newer service expect iTunes and iCloud to use the same Apple ID.

Can I back my data, especially Contacts, Notes, and Keychain, from my current iCloud account? Then, after I logout of iCloud and then log back in using my other Apple ID, can I migrate my backed-up data to the new iCloud account?

I'd say for contacts and notes, probably. Don't know about keychain.

You may also want to reach out to Apple support. Maybe they have the power to "merge" both accounts, as long as you can prove you're the owner of both.

Sorry, gotta put that disclaimer in there.
