Can I lock the screen?

Can I lock the screen from rotating on an iPhone the way I can with an iPad?

Yes. Double click home button to bring up app switcher, swipe to the right for iPod controls and you should see the rotation lock.

Thanks! I was looking around the settings, couldn't find it. Never even thought of the iPod controls.

Just wanted to point out that this feature will only lock your iPhone in potrait mode. I wish there was a way to keep it in landscape mode too.

I'm ok with that! It's usually when I'm trying to look at something with my head at an angle but the phone is always switching to landscape and it drives me bananas. Thanks!
