Can I listen to my podcasts using iCloud?

I'm concerned about the safety of using iCloud and don't want to expose my photos. My iPhone 5 is running out of storage especially from podcasts. If I can stream movies with iCloud, can I listen (and update) my podcasts using iCloud? Are there issues?

You manage Podcasts on the phone in the Podcast app... In its preferences, you can manage what is stored on device and what isn't...and what isn't is downloadable on demand...
