I heard something like you can always jailbreak phones with the a4 and lower chipset, but tethered.
Can i also tethered jailbreak ios 7 by selecting ios 6.0 ipsw in redsnow?

It is true that the A4 chips will always have a hardware flaw that will allow a jailbreak, but at this time no tool supports iOS 7 that I am aware of.

It took 5 months for an untethered jailbreak to become available for iOS 6. It seems like it gets longer with every new large iOS update so I wouldn't count on it anytime soon.

As there isn't an iOS7 yet, you're unlikely to see any effort put into a jailbreak for iOS7.

iOS7 beta isn't the same thing as iOS7. Please don't confuse the two.
