is it possible to upgrade my iphone 6 running ios 8.1.3 to ios 8.2 beta 2 without being a developer? i have tried multiple sites to download from, but it always sends me to apples developer site.

Why? 8.2 has already been officially released. So why would you want 8.2 beta 2?
