Problem syncing contacts to iphone
When I look at icloud on my computer all my contacts are there, but when I check my phone there are lots missing. I have iPhone 5s with the latest update. The contacts show up in outlook in both My Contacts and iCloud Contacts. I also tried restoring from an older backup but no changes were on my phone.
