Iphone 6 software update problem!

my wife iPhone cant update applications because it ask for a new credit card as it don't accept current one ... giving her info that credit card is not valid and credit card IS valid so we don't know what to do ... she also has problem to update ipad II because of the same problem ... any suggestions ? thanks in advance !

More than likely as in my case it gives the message you are receiving because it want the 3 digit security code on the back which it sometimesleiminates for security reasons. Just check that and put that back in or ALL your CC info again.

Try a different card. If it works then you know the problem. You can always go back into settings and change it back to the original later.
