iPhone 4 Camera to RCA Monitor?

Is it possible to hook an iPhone 4 up to a small, portable monitor and have it feed the live camera footage to the monitor via RCA composite cables?

No, you cannot use it to feed live "camera footage", but you can use the adapter to A/V connector to watch videos and/or listen to music.
