Can I fix my cracked iPhone with multi-color lines on it?

can i fixed my cracked iphone with multicolor lines on it

after i cracked my phone a day or 2 later my phone had these multicolor lines on it and whenever i use it gliches and it wont respond when i touch it.

If possible I would take it to an Apple store to have them check it out. If you're asking most likely you can't fix it.
