can i delete the data of my iphone from my ipad ?

i have lost my phone and i want to erase all the date in it , is it possible to do so with my ipad using same apple id

Yes, you can. After initiating the Find My iPhone app on your iPad, and entering your iCloud credentials, allow the app to locate the device. After it's been located, tap on 'Actions'. Afterwards, you will see an option to erase.
