can i choose any carrier of my choice for a new iphone6--thanks

i'm thinking of buying a new iPhone 6,and am not sure if they are able to do this.thanks in advance.

On all of my phones I can choose any carrier. My preference is Magic Jack using the Magic Jack application. 35.00 a year.

If you purchase an unlocked iPhone 6 from Apple then you should be able to use pretty much any carrier.
