Can I change my icloud email ID

I created an icloud account can I change it for example I created by mistake [redacted] but I wanted to change the same email address like [redacted]

Is there a way I can change my existing ID.

Thanks for your reply but that was just sample and nobody is using that email id i just put the details for better understanding
