changing a m4r file to caf file

hi ive got custom notification sound and ive got a m4r file what im wanting to use as a notification sound but ive noticed all the tones that come up are in caf file

I have many .m4r files as notification sounds. Add it to your iTunes library and sync it to your phone. Odds are good with it will work. Otherwise, you can find a utility to convert the file to .caf - but not sure you can even sync those via iTunes.
