They can ask questions in the "Ask a Question" forum. In order to reply, they have to sign up. Of course there are abusers who repeatedly ask questions, and then "ask" another comment to respond, etc. The overall acceptance level of this "feature" is still very much undecided.

Ok let's not judge beforehand. Maybe he needs to record..err...hm. Birds? Or some other wildlife without those animals knowing. If they see you filming they'll run away. Maybe?
It is difficult to find a neutral reason for those mentioned " needs".
Any one else got ideas?

I used to take pictures of my junk when I was younger on a digicam. It could be he does this as well.
Or he is very privacy concerned and don't anybody seeing his pictures without him knowing.
