Camera Roll Issue

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone has the same issue I have.

My issue is this: running iOS 4 on my iPhone 4, almost every time I delete a photo from the camera roll, the deleted photo becomes a blank photo?a completely black photo that cannot be deleted or read by iPhoto?until I hard restart my phone.
