Camera roll and photos icon missing from iPhone (iOS 7)

I deleted a camera roll folder in my iphone with pc now i don't have icon of cameraa roll and photos . How i can reset it? wiothout backup because a don't have earlier backup in iphone

Let me see if I have this right cause I'm not sure if I understood. You deleted a folder you synced to your iPhone called "Camera Roll". You deleted it from the computer and then synced the phone and now you can't see it anymore? If I'm correct then like John asked do you have an iCloud backup of your phone? or do you have a backup of the computer?
