Great B&W camera app. But now it says it's not available in my country. US

Anyone recently use this app and have any issues downloading it. I am interested to know why it's pulled from the US store.

Tried the developer's web site and it goes to a 403-forbidden error page... Developer defunct??

Odd, lot's of other sites posted about this app and it's great fit and function on the iPhone. Odd it would just be gone.. shame.
