camera lens for iPhone 6???

Hi I am a beginner trying to find a lens kit for my iPhone 6 and have seen a mpj kit on Amazon. They said the lens will give the images a round, fish bowl effect while also acting as a wide angle lens. Is this possible for telephone camera lens?
