Call screen reply

I updated to iOS 7.1 and now when someone calls I don't have the reply with message option. I use to have it. My wives 5 is fine. What happened?

Do you have a pass code on your phone? Is it disabled under the pass code settings?

Reply with a message option is there but not the full screen caller image. It used to be there but not anymore. Only option is to jailbreak your device.

Go to settings Touch ID and activate it.
