Calendar stopped backing up to ICloud

My entries in either my phones calendar or my PC Outlook calendar no longer back up to ICloud. I recently deleted the calendar from ICloud.com and resynched but now the calendar doesn't even show up on ICloud.com. I have Calendar set to"On" in the IPhone, ICloude settings. Any ideas as to what is going on?
