Bulletin Update: Now With ISX-Style "Top Shelf" and More

Some very nice features in today's Bulletin update--a new Top Shelf feature to keep widgets out of view in the Notification Center until you need them, and better badge management when using the Swipe to Delete feature for notifications. Tough to beat this app for .99 cents!
