Budget Tracking App

I'm looking for a budget tracking app that does the following:

1. tracks multiple household budget items
2. tracks household budget items for two different users
3. can sync between iPhone and Android phones/users
4. can show monthly reports for budget items

Does any know of an app that can do all this?
