So I found the app in the App Store and downloaded it both my phone and my watch. I found this awesome Nike watch face but for some reason when I download it from my iPhone and it says its added it never shows up. If I open on the watch the Nike watch face isn't even there. Any suggestions?

Do you use a Apple Watch that came with a Nike watch band?
You can't use a Nike watch face on a "non-Nike" Apple Watch. Same would go with Apple Watches that came with a Hermès watch band.

Once you confirm to add the watch face into the Watch app, it should appear on your phone under "My Faces" if you have a compatible Apple Watch

Otherwise, from my testing, it will not add the watch face configuration and it will throw you an error like this one:
