Brand new Ipad Air 2 and no app store icon

I just purchased an Ipad Air 2 from Harvey Norman this afternoon and there is no App Store icon???

Why??

I don't know why, but you can restore the iPad via iTunes and then set it up as new. Afterwards, the App Store icon will be visible on one of the home screens. As for HN, who the heck is he?

It has to be there. You can search for it with Spotlight... or reset your Home screen layout:

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout
