Brand New 8g Iphone (2g) FIRST TIMER

Hello everyone I am new here and this might be annoying if he has been asked many times, but I wanted to say sorry in advance. Had a tough time doing a search couldn't really find the information.

Well I am planning on making a purchased on a sealed Iphone that has obviously not been unlocked, jailbroken because its sealed. Now I am using T-mobile, I am getting the 2g version because its SMART to do so considering he 3g would be pointless thanks to the people on this forum who helped me.

As soon as I recieve my Iphone how shall I proceed to Jailbreak my phone to work successfully with T-mobile?

a. do you need one of those turbo-sim?

b. is it possible to jailbreak without needing to purchase a turbo-sim?

thanks bro for taking your time to help a clueless brother out, I dont wanna mess up. I've always thought you needed a turbo sim, thats gonna save me a month of data price...
