AT&T waivers...

Supes - did they do anything other than welcome you with open arms? I have 3 lines with Sprint and I am digging the iPhone. However, I am under contract so it is gonna cost me. Maybe I'll just do one line and see how it works.

AT&T waived all of my activation charges, waived the mail-in rebates for 2 of the non-iPhone handsets and gave me the credit at point of sale.

If you go into the store at the end of the month, they will do alot more for you, as all the reps are on commission, and the store usally wants to meet quotas.

Waiving all these charges softened the blow that Sprint dealt me for terminating the contracts.

Thanks for the feedback. I need to go test one out in the store. Email on Exchange is a BIG issue for me, but the latest (and upcoming) Sprint offerings are only "OK", IMO. HTC Touch? Maybe, but the screen is smaller. Q9c - also a maybe as the kb is improved over the existing Q. 800w? Can I last that long - and how well will it work when it does come out?? But then again, maybe I should also wait for the "next" iPhone (3g)!
