Bluetooth wouldn't find new device to pair with.

I just bought a brand new pair of LG Tone infinim which are Bluetooth headphones for those people who don't know what they are. I turned them on but my phone wouldn't detect them. I had to restart the phone for it to be able to work. Sent this to Apple as feedback. Am I the only one who encountered this ? This is on Public beta 1 FYI
