The mac identifies the iPhone " discoverable" but cannot connect to the device and transfer stuff.

Bluetooth transfer not working to MacBook Pro 2011( late)

There are different Bluetooth protocols and afaik the iPhone doesn't support transferring files via Bluetooth.
