Can I sinc my lost ipone to a macbook to find the ime number.
I wrote down the ime with a digit to many. i have the serial number.
Or how can I fix this. I need to claim from insurance. Please

Maybe I’m missing something, but how are you going to sync the iPhone to your Mac when the iPhone is lost? I take “lost” to mean not in your possession.

In following up on this, can you login to your account via your wireless carrier’s website to get the IMEI?

You should be able to find your phone's IMEI identifier by signing into your Apple ID account at https://appleid.apple.com/, then going to Devices and selecting your iPhone.
The IMEI will be the last item displayed.
