Bleep sound when charging

I recently changed my lcd on my iPad it won't turn on now

I tried charging it but all I hear is a bleep sound , with a blank screen

The bleep is normal when you plug in your device but I’m afraid you didn’t follow the proper procedure when changing out your display or the new display is faulty
