black & white photos will not upload from iphone 6 plus to pc using windows 10

I cannot find a setting that restricts this from being automatic. How does it decide to skip sporadic taken B&W photos when syncing?

I don't know and have never heard of such a thing, to be honest. I don't use Windows 10 so I don't know what to tell you in regard to a remedy. Hopefully, however, a member who does will respond soon.
