Black screen, Green and white flashing lines

Hey there. I have myself a 2g iPhone 8gb, and recently I put the phone on standby, then it froze, I tried restarting it, but nothing, it just flashes green and white lines.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Put it into recovery mode and do a restore via iTunes.
