Considering how they are reaching other outlets like carrier stores and Bestbuy what are the chances we will see sales on them?

On what?

You'll see sales on the 6 and 6 Plus. But not the "S" models.

This thread is in the Watch forum, so I am making the assumption he's talking about the Watch.

To answer the OP question... who knows... the times, they are a changin'.

Maybe, but none of us can say for certain at this time.

Best Buy is an interesting one as they seem to be hit or miss in pricing. For example with iPhones you get carrier pricing if using a plan. If you buy unlocked or full retail they are $50 more for each model. Then you ask for price match, they deny their more, you show them the Apple Store is less and they match the price. Just look online, the 6s and 6s Plus for pre-order are all $50 more. With iPads they only carry most current after prior stock is sold and price is Apple price. They actually run specials or MacBooks often.

IMO they won't discount the Watch at all. They'll make their money off of 3rd party bands. Example, they'll have a link bracelet for $250 with a large profit margin and people will buy Watch with sport band and $250 3rd party link bracelet and save from paying $450 for Apple's band.

Carriers are interesting as well because they'll throw a couple hundred dollar tablets out for a $1 to get you to use more data and they make the money on the data. That said, I've only seen random Android tablets nearly given away and they extend your contract. I don't really understand carriers selling the Watch as I don't see much to gain?
