Black Dock

When the iPhone 7/7 Plus was first released there was an option to have a black wallpaper and thus the dock to match (no jailbreak).

I had this for a while. Then today, I noticed that my dock is no longer black, like my wallpaper.

To fix it, I tried reapplying my original wallpaper and even a new one from one of those original websites.

Alas, my dock still isn't black. Any ideas?

Those wallpapers no longer work since the 10.2 update.

Curse you. I didn't even notice it but now I cannot stop seeing it. I liked the solid black background with my jet black iPhone. I hope they fix it so it will work again.

This is one of the reasons I didn't upgrade my jet black iPhone 7+ to 10.2. Good thing since the jailbreak that's almost ready is only up to 10.1.1

Apple is removing all good things from their products one by one, be it hardware of software, like headphone jack from the iPhone 7, USB ports from the MacBook Pro, Game Center etc. God knows what's going away next....
