BiteSMS Logo to Messages App Logo

Anyone know how to change the pink BiteSMS logo to the stock Messages logo on iOS7 and of course, still have BiteSMS? I know Winterboard has to be used but what downloads do I need? Thanks!

That's usually a setting within BiteSMS. It may be unavailable if you're using the beta of 8.0 for BiteSMS.

Also if you go to forums.bitesms.com there's a few replies in there from a user who has made some pretty cool alternate icons. Thing is to change the icon you need to have iFile so you can edit the PNG file in Bite.

I am using beta 8.0 version 5... so that setting is disabled?

I found the option in BiteSMS and it did work. But, I tried to use icon renamer to change it to Messages and it didnt work...

That's probably not working because it may confuse the database having two Messages apps

In beta 7 the option is in Settings | More Stuff, scroll to the bottom for application icon and select Apple Messages. I had to reboot my phone for the icon to change.

I tried icon renamer myself, and it didn't work. It may not work yet with the iPhone 5s, because it does state that it is compatible with iOS 7.
